Joydip Bhattacharjee is a Researcher at the Centre for Marine Technology and Engineering (CENTEC) at IST since February 2009 and develops his research activity in the area of hydrodynamic interaction of ocean waves with wave energy devices. He concluded his Masters degree in Applied Mathematics with specialization in Fluid Mechanics (2001) and, in 2008 he concluded his PhD on mathematical techniques in problems of wave-structure interaction at Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, India. At CENTEC he is responsible of two national projects in the area of Dynamics of moored floaters and has published more than 20 scientific papers.
